Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the station or sensor in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
